Asian Beef Kabobs
2 lbs. beef roast, cut into cubes
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tsp. sesame oil
4 tsp. brown sugar
green onions
Mix everything together in a bowl and let sit for at least 4 hours. Slid onto skewers, interspersing green onion between the beef cubes. Grill 4 minutes on each side.
This was a great combo of flavors, especially with the hoisin and sesame oil together.
